Without giving away too much, some manufacturing techniques they specifically adhere to involve time and temperature. Too high a filtered-water temperature and the finished product would look cloudy. Too low, its full flavor would not develop. Their brewing process is religiously monitored so that each bottle derives the full promised flavor. And, believe them, if they over-brewed their tea, you would know it right away by the bitter astringency and nasty aftertaste. There is little margin for error in brewing our tea — so they take it very seriously.
I don't know of any places in my area that carries this brand of tea. That is why I'm going to recommend stores to them since I'd love to buy from this line in the future! You can do the same with this form or you can order from their online store.
