My son hasn't been sick, which is always a good thing. However, I used this device to measure his temperature when I first received this to understand how to use this when I do need it. Not only it provides accurate results, but it is very easy to use! All you have to do is place the Exergen TemporalScanner over the center of the forehead while pressing down on the scan button for a couple of seconds. The soft beeping noise and red flashing lights will indicate that it is working. Then, you can release the scan button and see the results displayed on the screen. Tip: Don't forget to take the protective covering off before doing all of this.
I can see why it is used in premier hospitals. It is also highly recommended by pediatricians. And guess what? It is....
