The best of Guitar Hero, all on one convenient disk.

Turn down the lights, crank up the amps and take center stage in Guitar Hero Smash Hits. The best tracks from Guitar Hero, Guitar Hero II, Guitar Hero Encore: Rock the 80's, and Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock are made even better in this Greatest Hits package.

Step into the spotlight in the most epic, full band jam session ever. The best tracks of the series are made even better with the ability to rock out in a full band. In addition to Bass and Guitar, Drums and Vocals are added so the whole band can join in.

The setlist is impressive, and includes the most memorable songs from the Guitar Hero games. To make the deal even sweeter, the tracks are all now Master Tracks. Playing alone, or in a full-band, this setlist truly rocks.

Rock through fantastic location with Guitar Hero favorites and play at eight new venues based on the wonders of the world, including the Amazon, Polar Ice Caps and the Grand Canyon.

The Music Studio, GHTunes, and the Rock Star Creator all make their return from Guitar Hero World Tour. With difficulty levels ranging from Beginner to Expert+ (as first seen in Guitar Hero Metallica), Guitar Heroes of all ages and skill levels will be able to jump in and Rock Out!

Guitar Hero Smash Hits is rated T for Mild Suggestive Themes and Lyrics. The Mild Suggestive Themes sometimes go hand in hand with the Lyrics, but also includes the characters sometimes revealing outfits and some dark elements in the game. The Lyrics are censored when needed, and are safe for any family comfortable with modern and classic rock radio. Personally, I had a lot of fun with Guitar Hero Smash Hits. It was like listening to a Greatest Hits album from your favorite band, and helps you realize just how far the series has come as Guitar Hero rose to the top of the charts.
