My son received the Giraffalaff Limbo and Scatterpillar Scramble, which is two of the latest additions to the Elefun & Friends collection from Hasbro. Giraffalaff Limbo and Scatterpillar Scramble are bound to bring a smile and laughter to your children!
Giraffalaff Limbo ($29.99) is a fun game that will help keep just about any toddler (ideal for children ages three and up) engaged. It sort of reminds me of Chicken Limbo, a game that I enjoyed as a kid! However, Giraffalaff Limbo has put their own fresh spin to the game.
Giraffalaff Limbo is the new, crazy and laughter inducing game of “how low can you go?” Spin the dial to try one of the 6 limbo styles: classic limbo, crab walk, crawl, giraffe walk, bend forward or backward. This will help promote coordination and motor skills. It features fun, upbeat music, and Giraffalaff's giggles once the limbo bar has dropped. The player that passes under Giraffalaff at the lowest level wins. This would make a great kid's party game!
Setting up this game was an easy task. All of the parts are lightweight or made out of soft foam. Therefore, no one has to worry about getting hurt while doing one of the hilarious, wacky walks under the limbo bar or when the the bar and Giraffalaff comes tumbling down.

Scatterpillar Scramble ($14.97) is a bit difficult since it is a fast paced marble game, but it is wildly entertaining. I believe my toddler enjoys this game much more than the other game! The Scatterpillar is all hands, and the main goal of the game is to set all 8 marbles in Scatterpillar's hands. This may sound easy to you, but the Scatterpillar is constantly wiggling and dancing to the music. However, this is another great game that is good at teaching coordination even though it can be a bit frustrating at times. Make sure you don't lose your marbles along the way! Scatterpillar Scramble was named the 2009 Preschool Game of the Year by Creative Child Magazine.
