Chai Bliss Smoothie

You can also throw in 1tbsp of whey/hemp protein powder for a great breakfast smoothie too.

4 iced coconut cubes
1 frozen banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1tsp raw honey
1/4 tsp garam masala (Indian spice mix from grocery store.)
1tbsp coconut flakes
1bsp whey or hemp protein powder

Make a couple of trays of coconut cubes by purchasing a carton of coconut milk from the "milk" section of your grocery store. Pour the milk into the ice trays and freeze overnight.

Place all the ingredients in a blender. As a nice touch, you may want to sprinkle your smoothie with a little cinnamon and/or dried coconut.
